Ordering Information

Ordering:

The fastest way to order is via our website. We also accept ordering by e-mail, fax, mail, and phone.

Life Extension Product Orders:

We do not keep all Life Extension products in stock. Orders that contain Life Extension products that we do not keep in stock may be delayed up to 5 business days while we acquire those products and have a shipping status of LEF.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment via major credit/debit/gift cards (Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX), Money order, Personal Check, Bank wire, Cash, COD, Paypal and Bitcoin. All funds must be cleared before the shipment is processed.

Shipping:

All orders are usually processed and sent within 12-24 hours of being placed during our work week Monday-Friday 9-5 pm Orders are sent after 12 pm for UPS and after 4 pm for  US Post.

Domestic orders normally take 2-5 business days. International orders normally take 7-10 days business days. Delays can and do occur on occasion please contact your local shipping service or customs office with your tracking number for more information on your order as they will have more information than we do. Tracking:

Tracking for domestic orders is available within 1-2 business days in your account after your order is processed. Tracking is not available for international orders unless registered airmail is requested before the order is placed.
