Order Information

Shipping:

All orders are normally processed and sent within 12-24 hours of being placed during our work week Monday-Friday 9-5 pm (UPS orders are sent at 12 pm daily and US Post at 7 pm daily). Domestic orders normally take 2-5 business days. International orders normally take 7-10 days business days.

Our current shipping rates (as of 06-2008) are as follows: 

Tracking:

Tracking for domestic orders is available within 1-2 business days after your order is received. Tracking is not available for international orders being sent to or from the US unless a quote for registered airmail is requested before the order is placed.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX), Money order, and by Personal Check. All funds must be cleared before the shipment is processed.

Life Extension Product Orders:

We do not keep all Life Extension products in stock. Orders that contain Life Extension products that we do not keep in stock may be delayed up to 5 business days while we acquire those products. Please contact us to find out if your product is in stock.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. Your invoice will inform you (unless the item is listed as a preorder item) if this has occurred, and you retain the right to cancel your backorder of any items if you wish.

Credit Card Security:

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Email Promos:

We like to keep in touch with our customers by notifying you of new promotions and product updates. These emails are sent from us directly and your information will never be outsourced or sold. If you do not wish to receive emails from us please unsubscribe from our mailing list when you receive your first email.
