PPC (Polyenylphosphatidylcholine) is a very special highly pure derivative of PC and is highly effective at raising choline levels in the blood and cell membranes. Sold as Lipostabil and Essentiale outside the US. Also called Compound N or PhosChol.

Serving Size 1 softgel:
Polyenylphosphatidylcholine [up to 52% 1,2- dilinoleoylphosphatidylcholine (DLPC)] 900 mg
Other ingredients: glycerides, fatty acids, ethanol. gelatin, sorbitol, glycerin, purified water, propylene glycol.
-Dose-
1-2 softgels daily.

I used this during a cycle recently and my liver enzymes remained normal! Excellent add on for anyone.
