Phytocb's are naturally occuring compounds found both in plants (Chocolate has Anandamide, H.e.m.p. and flax has CBD, Kava has Yangonin, Black Truffles, Green tea has EGCG, Echinacea has Alkylamides, Caryophyllene from black pepper, etc) and in the human brain/body (Palmitoylethanolamide, Anandamide, N-Arachidonoyl dopamine, etc) that effect our endocb system. You have receptors that interactive with these compounds to regulate or enhance many functions of the brain/body, etc called the Endocb system or CB 1 and CB 2 receptors.
The ECS is involved in a variety of physiological processes including appetite, pain-sensation, mood, and memory, and in mediating psychoactive effects. The ECS is also involved in voluntary exercise and may be related to the evolution of the runner's high in human beings and related aspects of motivation or reward for locomotor activity in other animals.
