Blue Lotus Flower (crushed)

Blue Lotus has been used for thousands of years.   Its believed to have been used for relaxing the whole body and help promote calmness.  It is used as a tea.

 As a tea, 1 tbsp per cup of hot water, let fuse for 5-7 minutes.
