Dosage 

 

Start with 1 capsule in the mornings. Increase to 1 capsule 2 x day for stronger effects. Only if you still still no effect can you increase to 2 capsules at once. Do not take higher doses. Best used as need. Do not take for more than 5 days in a row. Not for long term use.
